When Christian Spencer was age 2 and still wasn’t talking, his mother wondered why. By age 5, Christian was diagnosed with Autism. After spending his childhood playing in church and recreation leagues, Christian tried out for the Eagle’s Landing Middle School eighth-grade team, but missed the cut. He was hurt by the news, but he was far from done. Now on the JV team, Christian is a major contributor and communicator for his team.
