Lately, I’ve peeled away so much noise from my life. I say “no” to things I can’t commit my energy to so I have the space to say “yes” to those that do. I’ve stepped back from some friendships and stepped into friendships that feel easy and nice. I’ve outsourced things for work that aren’t my strengths so I can flex my muscles in ways I enjoy. I do the things I enjoy (needlepointing, pickleball, reading) and take care of my body in boring but necessary ways. Most of my days are spent on the floor playing with Jack and I squeeze in work when I can... It feels good to feel good in this season of life 🤍 📸 @juliadags
