YULETIDE FESTIVITIES AT THE BULL // There is a some-THINGNESS to Devon as midwinter and Christmas wrap their arms around the county. As a seasonally-led inn, we watch the rich colours and robust shapes of Autumn and Winter start to appear in the kitchen. Once the first of the logs arrive for the fire and the red wine begins to flow more freely, we feel the path toward midwinter under foot. Our seasonal plates will be showcasing warmer, heartier and often richer dishes, including some delicious and traditionally festive elements. The fire will be on, our seasonal foliage decorations on the walls and our brilliant bar team will be introducing some wintery, organic cocktail specials too before you cosy into our eco-luxe inn rooms in the darker nights ...
