Open calls are usually advertised on agency website or social media platforms. CASTING - a process of choosing models for a job. This can be in person, where lots of models go to meet casting directors and show them their walk, or done direct between the booker and the casting director over email (during the Covid everything could be via Zoom call) CALLBACK - second casting after being preselected for a job. Usually a client is choosing several models for the project (a model can be preselected via email by her portfolio). After that an agency is scheduling a casting offline or via Zoom call, and then a client can make the final decision on a models.
