Time is where Results occur. Anyone crediting it to overnight is insane. If someone tells ya a couple weeks, they are lying. The efforts take days, weeks, months, and years. Heck, even a habit takes a steady pace for minimal 3 weeks!!!! Training for 2 months, taking 2 off to “play” to then continue this waving, NEVER gets ya anywhere. YES, when we are young we still may show #gainz but they are due to maturity physically/mentally...if ya want YOUR best result and potential, it’s CONSTANT. Just a weekend reminder.
