My kid self would never believe it. I can't even count the number of times I've probably spiralled out of just comparing myself with others. I sometimes, still do it. But I remind myself of how far I've come on my own, and found something I genuinely love and enjoy doing. Social media can kill that love just because of numbers and statistics. Reminding myself to give me grace and patience now more than ever. Because my younger self would just be relieved and overjoyed to have found what she's actually good at, after years of feeling lost.
