It is such an honor to announce that @jamesplaceuk @theforwardtrust @_place2be & @wearegrow___ EACH recieved £175,990.87 from Eternity !!! On May 5th 2022 Eternity raised over £700,000 and TODAY this money has been sent to these 4 amazing charities, in order to help those struggling with addiction, mental health issues and those who are in suicidal crisis. Two years ago, I was a very different person. My life was in turmoil, and I was a shadow of my former self. Eternity was born out of trauma, Eternity has helped me heal. Eternity saved me. The world felt like a very cruel place, so unfair and unjust. Eternity has helped me see the world differently, to trust the world again, to see that change can be made if we put our minds to it. Eternity has given me hope, hope I lost and never thought I would find again. That hope is what I am determined to share with people struggling, who see no way out and have lost their way in the darkness. Hope was my tool, my flashlight and my beacon of light that allowed me to move through the darkness of grief and into acceptance and eternal love. The impact of mental health has devastating effects, and statistics are only rising. With my personal experiences, my eyes have been opened to the brutality of these problems and how shattering the impact is for everyone involved. In honour of Kai Schachter, who continues to inspire us all through his unparalleled talent and spirit. And in his words ‘don’t keep going in circles’ I am determined to cease the growing epidemic of our generation. This is just the beginning.
