For me, August is always the hardest goodbye of the year. Even with the extra aggressive heat of NYC, it’s still psychologically hard to let Summer go. Howeverrrrrr, these blessings and lessons are never getting left behind. So while my basic ass self-soothes with visions of my first pumpkin spice latte nearing the bend lolol, I’ll also be focused on these affirmations/reflection prompts.
