After Lima we spent 2.5 weeks near Oxapampa. Through @worldpackers, we had the opportunity to stay with @immersion_travel_oxapampa & @breslyfs in her family house in the middle of the forest 🌳 We had an incredible time there, an unforgettable experience connecting with nature. I obviously flew the drone a few times - that’s coming soon - but I also had a chance to get into birds & insects photography as the wildlife was amazing there! Let me introduce you to Tookie Tookie (the nickname Bresly’s grandma gave him)! He is a Momotus aequatorialis, also known as Relojero or Andean Motmot. Relouera means watchmaker in Spanish. This name comes from his tale (swipe for a better look) which he oscillates like a old clock. He was coming to see us every day and it was fascinating to watch him.
