Replying to @animal_machine critiquing art is apart of life, not censorship💀 plus omg as if ur being stripped of a human right bc fat people express that this resonated with us much differently and our perspectives arent void of existing ESP on the topic of EDs.... like ive been recovering from an ED for years now and while the existence of EDs wouldnt even be a thing without the presence of fatphobia in the world, saying EDs are just the fear of fatness and body dysmorphia is feeling fat .... thats literally taking away so much from how these things develop and take over ppls lives. we need to analyze many things like why we fear weight gain and our own appearances but theres also a lot to acknowledge and unpack in regards to our sense of control in this world, and how we can learn to cope better with things being outside our control instead of developing unhealthy habits/an ED and deluding our brains into believing unhealthy habits along with being miserable and having a horrible relationship w food is somehow healthier than our bodies natural weight gain. our bodies are built on generational trauma and are built to survive famines. our bodies have many many contributers to weight and size and build
