It’s International Women’s Day and it also coincided with my 200th [solidcore] class! I am so lucky to have found a community that keeps me motivated to be the best and [strongest] version of myself, even when I don’t want to be. To the coaches (past and present) that have pushed me both physically and mentally, I cannot thank you ladies enough. I am so proud to have such strong and remarkable women to look up to. I wouldn’t have made it to this point without you. 💙
