This week, negotiations to decide the fate of our oceans began. 

On Sunday night, @GreenpeaceUSA activists shone a light on one of New York’s most iconic landmarks, displaying images of ocean beauty to show what’s at stake. 

The projection onto the Brooklyn Bridge urged negotiators to act and finalize the strongest possible Global Ocean Treaty at the UN this month. Greenpeace is here to remind delegates that while they negotiate, the world is watching. Those who have said they want to protect the oceans will be held accountable, and those blocker governments will have nowhere to hide. We don’t have anymore time to lose - we must protect the oceans now 💙
