Back on solid ground with a heavy heart mourning the loss of @hilareenelson. As for so many, Hilaree was someone I hold in the highest regard and has accomplished things in the mountains I have always dreamed of doing. Her and @jimwmorrison were an unstoppable force and their pursuits are one of the main reasons I’ve ended up here this fall. Thank you for the limitless inspiration. After nearly a month spent trying to work out the intricate puzzle of the High peaks, I’m back in Kathmandu feeling deflated and defeated. More to come. Rest easy, Hilaree ❤️
