Since moving away from her hometown of Ascoli Piceno at 18, Marianna Zampini has gathered years of experience in the restaurant industry. From London to becoming lead server of Lasarte Restaurant by Martin Berasategui (incredible three-Michelin star restaurant - I often still think of the meal we had there) in Barcelona.
