Repost @leahpfrommer These 4 rotational Pilates exercises are guaranteed to give you a mean golf swing 🏌🏻‍♀️ 1. Oblique side overs with thoracic rotation - stabilizing your lower half, you’ll work your obliques & also challenge your spinal mobility 2. Oblique twist - again you need to stabilize your pelvis & move from the ribcage (like your waist is a washcloth that you’re wringing out) 3. Left arm swing - My cute golf instructor tells me to keep my head down when I swing.... So I know for a fact this exercise helps 🤪 You have to use your core to keep your hips straight while you “swing” your arms against the resistance 4. Long arm abduction - I recommend a lighter spring here (1 blue) This is a lot of shoulder work (I.e., deltoid, supraspinatus) & you want to move slow to stay in control of the carriage Try these out & lmk when you get that hole in one ⛳️ No reformer @ home?
