It is a Taco Shell loaded with Romaine tossed in Chipotle Ranch, topped with Chicken, Corn, Bell Pepper, Cotija and Avocado. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, salads I’ve ever had at the Disneyland Resort. Great value and size on this one. I loved the Southwest/California vibes from the ingredients. This one nails the theming of Pym Test Kitchen and the California in DCA. Eating the taco shell throughout the salad was a delight.
