SBC cover // 30th anniversary. Thank you @snowboardcanada , so special to land this with @guyfattalphoto This photo was shot on a casual crisp day out touring with mountain partner @tatummonod . We rode the wave in the morning and then immersed ourselves into (and tried to hide from) the howling winds that the Arctic outflow brought with it. Pretty sure we lost a ski at one point?! And rode down an ice rink another. Leading up to this day, Guy and I had spent at minimum 10 days of sitting in the clouds together over the years. Always optimistic, repeatedly shut down, eager to try again. Cheers to persistency, time spent with friends in the mountains, & making the best of all of those grey days.
