mussels have arrived uptown! we've swapped in some fried buns for soaking up every corner of the bowl. these PEI mussels are steamed in a curry tomato sauce and served with fried garlic and cilantro + a drizzle of chili oil for some kick. we've added eggs to the sauce, similar to how a traditional singaporean chili crab is prepared, to enhance the richness of the curry. available for a limited only uptown. 💥
