Test, tweak, repeat. Since the inception of the Mind Expander we have been debating camber vs no camber. The goal has always been to have it our most playful directional freeride board in the line. A slarvy, wiggle machine with a nose that floats above the crud. This is what lead to the full surf rocker/no camber profile decision. Ironically it was developing the #jonestweaker that we cracked the code on making boards that have camber but still are playful and most importantly not flapping/folding in the nose/tail. What use to be a tradeoff between the power/edge hold/chatter reduction of camber and a playful floaty board no longer needs to be made.
