Living the Dream..... our clients @therealswizzz and @aliciakeys in their cliffside dreamhouse overlooking the Pacific. Architect @wallacecunningham built the Razor House in 2007 and its singular style and feat-of-engineering swagger quickly captured the attention and imagination of many an architecture buff around the world (myself included.) Little did anyone know that one Kasseem Dean, aka Swizz Beatz, had also taken notice all the way from the Bronx, and would for 8 years manifest the intention of one day owning the house by using an image of it as the screensaver on his phone.
