Very excited to share with you a project we have been working on with @tides_studios over the past year. Sunglasses are (to me) the perfect accessory. Whether you wear them to protect yourself from the sun, hide from paparazzi, go to the rave, to the gym or to a baby shower, they are central to a great outfit. Collaborating with @tides_studios studios allowed us to bring the concept to life and to create something sustainable. They are made out of 80% recycled plastic, and are responsibly designed and manufactured in London. We printed over 100 prototypes before finding the perfect fit and we can’t wait to show you everything. They are printed in a single material which will allow you to recycle them at the end of their long life. Practically all sunglasses can't be recycled because they’re made of mixed materials (plastic frames with metal hinges or supports). @tides_studios studio is bringing the creative sustainable solutions that the fashion industry needs.
