‘Tis the season to give and one of my favorite things about being a #NespressoPartner is giving the gift of a beautiful machine. If you remember last year, I gave a @nespressousa Vertuo machine to my longtime manager, Tory. This year, staying on “theme”, I decided to surprise Gail Simmons. You may know her from Top Chef but since my run on Season 10, we’ve developed a great friendship. We went from competing chef and judge on TV where we never were “allowed” to actually talk, to real life friends. One where I shoot photos for my book proposal in her kitchen, cook together for her family during the summers on the cape, stay with her mother & father in law in their home in Montreal, start oven fires (on accident), break bread, ask for advice, and shoot the shit. Gail was the one who recommended I start working with Tory on my personal business in the first place. I trusted her immensely so of course I pursued it. Nearly 10 years later here we all are. Gail, thank you for being a trusted friend. My “circle” intentionally gets smaller as I get older, magnifying the ones who mean the most. You and your family are a joy ♥️! 🎥@b4bianca
