Never underestimate the power of a little garnish. It's the final bit of intention on a dish—a romantic gesture if you will. Today our co-founder @jdonenfeld shows us how to make garnishes from lemon peel—or as we like to call them: lemon squiggles.
Although it's a simple step, these lemon squiggles add a zesty bite with the festive appearance of confetti on your next plate. We add these atop roasted fish, tossed into salads, and as the final touches on a glazed citrus loaf cake. 🍋
