There’s always been something oddly comforting to me about walking into a room filled with people who don’t know who I am, my potential or what I’m capable of. Ever since I started my career in 2018 there was nothing more I was determined to do than travel to NY for fashion week even if it was just once. I wanted my passion to take me places and it’s doing just that. With the motivation and reassurance of my close friends, family and mentors I packed a very small kit and headed to NY for the first time for the most anticipated moment of my career yet. I can’t find the words to express exactly how much I fell in love with the buzz and creativity among the city, I have never felt so inspired.
