This #NYFW I learned to stay out the way and be true to myself. A lot of us get mixed up in fomo so much that we miss out on opportunities that we’re meant for us. This week I was able to cherish my time with people I love and genuinely care about. I also learned a lot about a lot of people and their actions that will change who I am as a person a little more moving forward. it’s not about where you were or what you did. This entire month has been busy especially with this being my first year not having to worry about people getting me into events or waiting outside for long periods of hours. Or better yet having to deal with people using me as a crutch to sanatorium doors so they can enter events. I admire how mature I’m growing to be and I want to continue to do that for myself. This was my first year also being booked as a dj for multiple events. Especially for @tommyjeans @hypebeast @laams.nyc which was definitely a bucket lister for me and also the fashion show @asvpxillz and @driponsociety put on in the middle of the projects for the hood to see. The rest of the year I have so many dope events for y’all to attend and so much more new music to play during my dj sets. Fashion week is technically over but tomorrow I’m hosting the @melt_worldwide party at @snsbar.nyc so pull up on me and let’s end the week right.
