Step back into 1707, to Ireland’s first ever public library 📖 @marshslibrary is a hidden Dublin gem, located just behind St Patrick’s cathedral. The library is one of the oldest public libraries in Europe and houses an important collection of rare and precious books from the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Bram Stoker read here in 1866 and James Joyce from 1902 as well as many famous authors over the years. A unique magical place to visit 🌿
