Don’t really know what to say at the moment... I’m not as articulate as Stephen was but I’m heartbroken to hear my friend is no longer with us... We’ve done a lot of life together. When I first moved to LA I had 100 bucks in my pocket and was sleeping on my aunts couch in Inglewood but was set on why we moved out here.. to build @hillsongla. I would crash at Stephen’s every week because I didn’t have enough gas money to go back to my aunts. This guy took me in and fed me when I had nothing, encouraged me, pushed me, and believed in me every step of the way. First time I ever met Courtney he told me I should marry her some day. He never let me live that down. “I called it.” Best advice he ever gave me. We were complete opposites but we laughed a lot, talked about everything, spent Christmas with my family together, lived together, we argued, we went on trips together, oh and we fought a lot... fought the way that brothers do. Never holding anything back but always knowing that at the end of the day, we were good. I’ll miss him. Last photo is the last message he sent me. Classic... Love you, bro.
