Trying to add more mobility work into my warm ups or active recovery days. Sometimes the achyness or tightness you feel can actually benefit from moving your joints through full range of motion (like polishing them up) rather than just stretching it out.
These are some of my favs to open up through hips and spine, adding rotation + load to get a little extra strength and stability.
Lots of kudos to @everygotdamndre @vernongriffith4 for their knowledge and cool moves + opening my eyes to strength training is Mobility training.
