It has been 2 months since I am using Lomi and I cannot shut up about it. This gadget is so great that it just blows my mind. It transform ALL your food waste into nutrients for your plants. My relationship with food waste has changed forever and it feels amazing thinking that I can tackle one of the biggest problems that our planet is facing at the source. The only challenge of course remains electricity. I so wish my house was operated by renewables or solar panels or that Portugal would invest more in renewable energy. But this is plan in progress, remember I told you guys about me creating my own eco coliving near Lisbon? I am starting house hunting soon, in that house I am planning to have everything from eco-friendly toilet paper to solar panels where like minded peeps can live in eco-friendly peace and have fun!
