Wrapper Extraordinaire Co Captain: Fancy spending your days wrapping our ice creams into their cute little packages? We’re looking for a superstar wrapper to join in the leadership of our packaging department. Your days will involve wrapping up ice creams, packing orders and working on the continuous evolution of our packaging processes. You’ll break for breakfast and lunch with the team and contribute to the positive and inclusive working culture that we’ve created at Happy Endings. We’re looking for someone who: - Has strong attention to detail; - Is excited to co-lead this department and make it the best it can be; - Can execute on key projects e.g. transitioning to new packaging systems; - Will provide support, leadership and direction to casual packaging team members; - Reports clearly on stock and quality to the production kitchen; - Meticulously maintains equipment; - Has excellent time management and prioritisation skills; - Is committed to quality; - Has a passion for our product; - And, is committed to efficiency and enhancing processes.
