. 2 nights ago we lost a LEGEND. To me, @jrridinger wasn’t just a visionary, an Entrepreneur, and a leader... he was the person who changed my life and he was 💯 bigger than life... I can’t remember which year this MUS was... but I remember JR quietly came in from the side door, stood right next to @mrmhchen and I as if he was a student of the class... I turned and looked at him and asked for a photo with him and of course he said, “Sure”... then he turned around to listen to what Kevin, Jim, and Frank’s training... that’s how humble he was and how down to earth he was... He was still learning about HIS COMPANY and HIS BUSINESS!!! Minutes later after we took this photo, I was then asked to share my journey... on my WHY and about how we’d travel back and forth to NY, NJ, MD, and all the GMTSS; sacrificing our weekends to attend events (rather than chasing after girls 🤣 just like him)... We stopped going to parties and only ate ramen noodles for months just to save up some cash to get our TICKETS 🎫.... I told him I wanted make it so that I can have TIME to spend with my parents and help others to do the same... next thing you know after I was done sharing, I looked up at him and @lorenridinger ; she was tearing up and tell me they started the same way... they would drive hours to appts to build, eat mac & cheese in the car for dinner, and sleep in the car sometimes ... JR then told me, “Never give up, you will make it, and you can make it!!!!! And Benson, let me tell u something... you remind me of myself when I was your age”... That right there, was a magic moment for me... no one believe in me more than he did... not my parents, not my friends... but him... it changed my life... I know right and then, I could make it and make a difference through this business. You’re an inspiration for many, you’re GREATER than LIFE, you’re truly a hero and a #LEGEND. Together, WE WILL, WE CAN, and WE MUST fill up the arena with DIRECTORS!!!
