Short & Spicy 🌶️
There’s nothing fancy about this workout, but it’s one that left us on our backs afterwards ☠️
Primary Objective: Our goal today should be to complete the front squats unbroken while trying to increase our reps on the burpee pull-ups as the workout progresses. The middle rounds of 7 front squats down to 4 front squats will be the toughest, so lock in during those rounds and try and stay consistent.
Level 1: 45-75 / 25-55# or 20-40/10-25# DBs
Level 2: 95-115/65-75# or 45-50/30-35# DBs
Level 3: 135/95#
