In August 2020, my life was thrown into the world of mental health and suicide in the worst way possible. Since that day I’ve struggled to understand the thoughts I have and the message that I’d want to give others. I’ve been fortunate enough to speak to professionals and other sufferers and have given talks all around the country over the last year or so.
