Don’t let it happen.
The way I see it, you only get one life, why spend it achieving less than your capable of because it was “hard”?
There’s no better way to improve your confidence and your self satisfaction than to do your best every day!
Also... did you know that your metabolism doesn’t actually decrease until you hit ~60 years old! What decreases is your muscle mass and daily movement because you stop challenging yourself!
If you want to stay lean and energetic, and maintain a healthy metabolism as the years pass... keep going!
Keep training, keep moving, stay active!!
This doesn’t mean beating yourself into the ground every day.
This means being on a mission daily to be the best version of yourself... however that stacks up!
Eating well, training hard, and learning daily are the best ways I know how to challenge myself each day!
