Swipe for the wildest before pics!! Started my weight loss journey with the sole purpose of getting healthy and losing the 30 pounds I gained during COVID. Then, I became addicted to the results I was seeing every day, challenged myself to keep pushing the boundaries, and now here we are - 45lbs down, and likely closing out the next little bit at 50lbs. 🥺 The most common question I get is how, so here are some of Brandon’s secrets I used to my advantage: - lots of self-discipline (mind over matter is crucial) - caloric deficit - a high protein diet will make you look reallyyy lean, so lots of protein always!! - carb cycling - get active!! I personally hate the gym with a burning passion, so a way around it was 10,000+ steps a day and really light weights - eat at home!!!! - lots of water and zero-calorie pop to satisfy your sweets cravings - eat your fave treat in moderation so you don’t burn out - find a partner who’s 100% supportive and will go hard on the cut with you just so you don’t feel alone Side note, if you ever need crazy before pics, just go through your mom’s phone cos mommies love you no matter how biggg you are and will always take lots of pics and videos of you 🫶💓✨
