A truly special visit in Copenhagen 💛 I met Giorgio Rivetti, the owner of La Spinetta and Contratto 1867, when I was 18 years old and living in Piedmont. Together with Luca Cigliutti, they’ve taught me everything I know about wine and most of all; they opened up their homes and welcomed me into their families.
