I'm fine with that distinguishment because normal people don't drive 20mph anyplace. Or stop for 30 seconds at a completely empty 4 way rural stop sign. I'm not in the "neighbors who wave at each other when driving 15mph" club. They drive to effing slow. I got shit to do. I don't have a "half speed" button. I'm 150% or 0%. I'm the one passing them on a corner giving them the finger.
