i think the baby and elder versions of ourselves are the wisest we’ll ever be — a baby is completely free of experience and ego and so they walk into every moment with awe, presence, and curiosity; an elder is so tired of experience and ego that they renounce both and focus on enjoying the moments of life they have left — and i think we have the power to rebirth ourselves into both by loosening our lives with laughter and pure belief: the belief in magic, love, and the “more” of every moment; playing with inanimate objects, stepping into a silly mood, dancing and screaming as if these ideas of our selves — what we should be and how we might be viewed — never held us back
