New stuff for this month’s issue of @bonappetitmag These guava-grapefruit possets by @shilpauskokovic were sooooooooo gorgeous, I was bummed I didn’t try them on set. HOWEVER, we shot these the day Omicron really took over NYC and I was terrified to be alive LOL, so I stuck to my set lunch and nothing else! I’m glad Covid *KINDA* seems to be calmer (still gonna mask no matter what), and I’m looking forward to making these at home (only 5 ingredients, ya’ll!).
