WE ARE CELEBRATING THE LOSS OF OUR PARENTS. Many would say it's a curse, but we have chosen to look at the box of darkness we were handed as children as a gift. It's taken many years to come to this, often thinking ‘why did this have to happen to us?’. Yet our parents brought us up to be strong, and this is why we managed to pick ourselves back up. We stopped thinking about the black box in life that was handed to us, and instead turned it into a gift. We wanted a purpose so we started Gandys. 10 years later here we are opening another kids campus. We are now in a horrible predicament because if you said you can undo this all to have your parents back, we are not so sure we would jump at that opportunity. We now have kids finishing school and those from our original campuses becoming Doctors and Lawyers. Our dark gift has become a gift to thousands of other kids. We know our parents would be proud and would want us to keep growing Gandys with our community. For all of you who have been given a box of darkness, do what you must, put it in the cupboard, throw it on the bonfire. Whatever gives you the space of mind to come back to it when you are ready and hopefully one day you too will turn your own dark box into a gift. Something you don't look at as a tragedy, but actually the thing that made you realise Don't Just Exist. Enjoy your weekend but just something we wanted to share with you all. Thanks again, Rob & Paul
