Almost a year ago Kostas, Nikos, Katerina and Anna came to @create.athens and asked for our help to create a new coffee project in Piraeus. They were full of dreams and ideas but were honest when they said: “we know nothing about coffee”. I loved that attitude! I replied “this is great, no worries, we will do it together!” They were so willing to learn! They were really eager to explore the infinite options and co-create!
