This is something that I’ve struggled with & it doesn’t just disappear overnight! It’s a process and progress looks different with everyone which is why it’s so important for us to show ourselves the love we deserve. Some ways I’ve been showing myself love is by allowing myself to rest, with a good book, music I love + a candle. Also, by doing my makeup, feeling cute for myself + sitting down and journaling some things I’m grateful for 💕 Progress is progress, and it's important to celebrate that! 🫶🏽"
