Grey Flannel and Camel Colored Cashmere. A classic combo I never tire of. My red nose from the cold weather I could do without but whatever......Now to more important matters.....I want to tell you about the Saturday evening I have planned.....My grandson is passionate about football (soccer it is).....at six years of age, he can tell you the names of all the players on all his favorite teams. He can tell you their age and how many times they scored a goal in major games. Exhausting!!! What you don’t know is that I am finding myself showing up for his own team’s soccer games at 8:30 on Saturday during these winter months!!! Yes, I am passionate about his passions. I may not be a coastal Grandmother but I am definitely a soccer Grandma. Tonight France plays England in the World Cup. He and I have a date to watch the game together.
