How coincidental that a memory popped up on instagram that @timothyryanchi and I ate at Eleven Madison Park on this day seven years ago where I met Kenneth a decade ago. And now here we are dining at Noma. I honestly never thought I would have the opportunity to visit these countries let alone have an experience like the one we had tonight. I don’t recommend getting a new passport two hours before take off 😅 but I’ll take any opportunity I can get to visit these beautiful places. Thank you @kennethfoongkm @shannafan and the @nomacph team for an incredible experience that I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
