Mathilda's passion for her ethical bar is infectious, her cocktails sublime and her management of the bar second to none. She is the bomb. She is also Phill’s work daughter - we all have soo much love for her. Side note; Tilda has been with us 3 years - 3 x times the standard employment duration in hospitality. Our staff retention stats put us 10% above the industry norms, and growing all the time, which is amazing for any hospitality business, especially at the moment, and is a testament to our culture here.
