Some of our Top Tier boys checked out the @globl.jam festivities at Yonge and Dundas over the weekend. S/O to @yute.studio and @alldayfit.co for putting on a fun workout for our athletes to participate in- they all had a great time. S/O to @myodetox for leading the warmup and cool down and teaching the youth about the importance of taking care of your body, especially as an athlete.
