Movement during Travel. Don’t overthink it. My tool: a mace. It could have been any of the following. Dumbbell, kettlebell, odd shaped rock, or my bodyweight. My routine. Simple. Listed below are the target areas for each exercise. 1. Split Squat: quad, glutes. 2. Press Out: Chest, shoulder. 3. Row: lats, mid to upper back. 4. Biceps Curl: biceps. 5. Iso Hold: core, abdominals. Make a plan, stay accountable to it. Utilize what you have, stay consistent during your time away. It’s never ideal. Do the best you can with what you have to work with. Enjoy whatever setting you may be in. Mine was the trees and the mountains. Notice the bare feet. A connection to the earth.
