Went to @aireancientbaths_uk to hide from the heat, the plunge pool really came into its own today! I am so desperate to get @theicebath.co and not just because it’s a thousand degrees outside but because you feel properly invincible getting out of freezing water- my cold showers (and her paddling pool) are just not cutting it at the mo!
