I USED TO BE SO EMBARRASSED😢 Have you ever had a moment in the gym where you feel really great about yourself? I have very few pictures that document the first few years of my journey. Why? I used to be so embarrassed to take pictures in the gym. I used to hide in a corner, or go to the bathroom and hope no one was there so I could snap a quick selfie. I used to look at other girls and think "I wish I could be as confident in my own skin as them."😔 Let me tell you a secret - No one cares. And by some chance they do care... does it really matter? Looking back I wish I owned my progress. I wish I had some evidence of how far I have come. Not every day you're going to feel fabulous and picture ready.
