@formflow.ftv Retreat .. I didn’t know how much my soul needed this. A long weekend filled with Meditation, pilates, hiking up a volcano, an ice bath, eating foods my body thanked me for, reconnecting with nature and learning how to slow down. I can’t stress to you how important feeding love into yourself is. I went from here straight to shooting and it felt amazing.
